For some of us it is the wee hours of morning. Hopefully if this is you, you have your coffee or tea or wake-up beverage made. We are kicking off Hour 1 of Dewey’s April 2024 readathon with our traditional first hourly sprint. Grab your beverage and your book, and let’s get this readathon started. On your marks… Get set ….

April 2024 Opening Survey
1) What part of the world are you reading from today? — L.A.
2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to? – I have two books that Libby will snatch back from my Kindle app in 4 days. Diary of a Void by Emi Yagi and Strange Sally Diamond by Liz Nugent. I put them on hold so long ago I don’t remember what either is about, so I’m looking forward to both of them!
3) Which snacks are you most looking forward to? – Amazon Fresh had a deal on that imitation Krab stuff so I’m looking forward to making that yummy Krab Salad stuff. I hope there’s a recipe on the bag… I also have some pico de gallo & Tostitos and some chocolate covered raisins.
4) Tell us a little something about yourself! – The hardwood floor in my livingroom is going to be refinished so I’m in the process of moving everything out of the kitchen and big walk in closet to other rooms in my apartment.
5) What are your goals for this readathon? – To finish the two books that go back in 4 days!
Thanks for continuing this event! I don’t see a page at the top with the list of participants. I always enjoy being a cheerleader, visiting everyone’s blogs.
