Welcome to Hour 24!!! This is Kate from Kate’s Book Nook. I will be your co-host for the final hour. We have made it, ya’ll. We have done this!!!! As per my traditions (I have a lot of traditions) I have included the video for We Are the Champions because, to me, if you have even read for just five minutes, you are a participant and you have done a good job! I am so proud of you. I really hope that you will all be back to join us in April.
As a final thank you, I want to thank you, the readers, for participating in this event. We couldn’t do it without you. I sincerely mean that. Without you all signing up and participating and sharing this event with others, we never would have had an event to begin with. Thank you for coming back and reading books and making this possible. I really do hope to see you next time.
Now, let’s do these last 60 minutes proud and read until the last second!

- The slowest-selling book is reputedly a 1716 translation of the New Testament from Coptic into Latin. The last of its 500 copies was sold in 1907.
- One in five adults around the world cannot read or write, with the highest rates in South and West Asia and sub-Saharan Africa.
If the links below don’t work immediately, forgive us! Sometimes the permalinks we receive expire or need updating at the last moment. We’re on it!
