Hour 19 – Oh I Think That I’ve Found Myself A Cheerleader

*Drumroll* We’re 19 hours into this, how’s everyone doing? Need motivation? After all, there’s one solution…corny, I know, but you snorted for just a second, dear reader. Gotcha.

A big part of the readathon is the cheer squad. I usually take some time to go on the hashtag on various social media platforms and just cheer on as many people from around the world that are participating. Readathons, for me, are a worldwide bubble of kindred spirits, and I love cheering and being cheered on. It’s so hard to carve out time to read, so even if you’ve managed a whole five minutes of it during this event, I AM SO DANG PROUD OF YOU MY GORGEOUS AND AMAZEBALL CUPCAKE YOU ARE A FRIGGIN’ ROCKSTAR AND DON’T LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE.

Bam, you’re it! Take a minute to cheer on some of your fellow readers on your favorite social media platform/s. I promise you, you might be making someone’s readathon experience. A little encouragement doesn’t hurt anyone, and we’re all in this together, after all.

This is my last hour hosting for this round of Dewey’s and it was so fun hanging with y’all! Cheers to Andi and Heather for, once again, putting together a fabulous event. Now back to my books for the last few hours! If you’d like to chat more you can find me on Twitter, Instagram, and Litsy.

Cheers, darlings — until next time.
