Reverse Readathon Hour 12

Hour 12! Hour 12! WE’RE HALFWAY! This is Andi from Estella’s Revenge again, and I can’t believe how time flies. I know I say that a lot, but it’s true here and in life. I’m not sure about you, but flipping the time on the Readathon has REALLY made it fly! I slept a few hours, but I’m back and ready to read. Coffee has been had, and I’m on to an audiobook…DREAD NATION by Justina Ireland!

    3. What book are you most looking forward to for the second half of the Read-a-thon? Go ahead and laugh, but I think I’ll read and finish Logan’s Story by Ann M. Martin (yes, a Baby-Sitter’s Club special edition) instead of suffering through more of my Spanish books

    5. What surprises you most about the Reverse Readathon so far? The fact that I disliked my chosen book so much, and that it was so hard (last night at 1:00 a.m., anyway) to change plans and put it aside.

I’m always … disappointed that I can’t stay awake for the whole thing! Even caffeine didn’t work!

My interruptions are Mickey the cat. He doesn’t get that it’s readathon day. So I stop and play with him. It’s not his fault he doesn’t like.to read as much as I do. 😁

  16. THis is late but my answers at that time would be:
    1. What are you reading right now?
At this hour I was enjoying my Zzz’s. But my next books up were Inkspell (my audio for this event) and The handmaid’s tale.
    2. How many books have you read so far?
    1 and progress in another
    3. What book are you most looking forward to for the second half of the Read-a-thon?
Being more awake. My nap really helps.
    4. Have you had many interruptions? How did you deal with those?
Yes. I had the wrong date (thought it started Sat instead of Fri night) so Hubby was home watching tv and playing with the dog and in a small house that is very distracting.
    5. What surprises you most about the Reverse Readathon so far?
My oops that I mentioned above. I am actually really preferring this start time A LOT. I was only tired because I was up 10 hrs before this started but that is my fault due to the mentioned date error.
