  4. Oh, now I know what could be an improvement… 😉
A newsletter of some sort that alerts me to the next read-a-thon? I am useless with RSS-feeds, I subscribe and then never read them. And perhaps an update on the homepage with dates of the new read-a-thon?

  7. Interesting … I went to the Mr. Linky and provided a link to my End-of-Event Meme and then started looking at who else had provided a link. Lo and behold! There was my link to the MidEvent Survey. I don’t know whether you guys planned to use the same Mr. Linky for that or not, but that’s what happened.

I really enjoy the Dewey’s 24-hour Read-a-Thon. I look forward to it each time, and even though I’m getting to the age where it’s just flat-out impossible to keep reading for 24-hours, I still have fun with the whole thing. I’ll be back in October!

  8. This is the first time I joined the cheerleading squad. I had fun and it didn’t interfer with my reading much, in fact it provided much needed breaks in between. Will definitely sign up again.

Also, I saw someone suggested a twitter challenge as one of the mini challenges. Tweet about the plot or something. I like that idea a lot too.

  9. My first ‘thon and I made through hour 20 and the Sandman wouldn’t go away. The words were like blah-blah-blah to me. I had a great time. October is not far away!

Thanks to all those that host this, the challenges and the cheerleaders!

  13. Good post. I learn something totally new and challenging on blogs I stumbleupon on a daily basis.

It’s always useful to read through content from other authors
and use a little something from their web sites.
